感谢您选择我财（AssetMe，以下简称「本应用」）。安装与使用本应用即视为您接受本《使用条款》；若不同意，请卸载本应用。
一、协议接受
本条款用于规范您在 iOS 设备上对本应用的使用，构成您与本应用开发者之间具有法律约束力的协议。
二、授权许可
我们授予您有限的、非独占、不可转让的许可，仅在您拥有或控制的设备上安装与使用本应用，且仅限个人、非商业用途。除适用法律允许的情形外，您不得反向工程、反编译或以其他方式提取本应用的源代码。
三、您的数据
本应用是完全本地化的个人财务工具。您对自行录入的数据及自行进行的备份负责。我们无权访问您的数据，也无法代为恢复。
四、应用内购买
Pro 功能通过 Apple App Store 出售。Pro 升级为非消耗型一次性购买，可在使用同一 Apple ID 的设备上恢复购买。退款（如有）由 Apple 按其公开政策处理；本应用本身不处理支付，也不存储任何支付凭证。
五、免责声明
本应用按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对任何明示或默示的保证（包括但不限于适销性与特定用途适用性）承担责任。本应用仅提供记账与预测工具，并不构成投资建议；任何预测数字均为示意，不可作为投资决策依据。
六、责任限制
在法律允许的范围内，本应用开发者就您使用本应用产生的一切索赔，所承担的累计责任不超过您在过去 12 个月内为 Pro 升级实际支付的金额。
七、更新
我们可能会发布更新以修复 Bug、提升性能或新增功能；部分更新可能需要最新版 iOS 系统。更新发布后您继续使用本应用，即视为接受相应修订条款。
八、终止
您可以随时通过卸载方式停止使用本应用。我们也可自主决定停止在 App Store 分发本应用。
九、适用法律
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。您居住国/地区的强制性消费者保护法规仍然适用。

Thank you for choosing AssetMe ("the App"). By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the App on iOS devices and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the App developer.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
3. Your Data
The App is a fully local personal finance tool. You are responsible for the data you enter and the backups you create. We have no access to your data and cannot recover it on your behalf.
4. In-App Purchases
Pro features are sold through the Apple App Store. The Pro upgrade is a non-consumable one-time purchase and can be restored on devices using the same Apple ID. Refunds, if applicable, are handled by Apple per their published policies. The App itself does not process payments or store any payment credentials.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The App provides bookkeeping and forecasting tools only and does not constitute investment advice. Any projected figures are illustrative and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App developer's cumulative liability for all claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Pro upgrade in the preceding 12 months.
7. Updates
We may release updates to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Some updates may require the latest iOS version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may also choose to discontinue distribution of the App on the App Store at our discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region still apply.
