一、应用使用
ThreeDays 是一款个人任务管理应用。您可以将本应用用于合法目的，管理日常任务、创建待办事项和组织日程。
二、应用内购买
- 3Days Pro 是一次性非消耗型购买，解锁高级功能，包括更多主题、无限清单模板和更多子任务数量。
- 所有购买均通过 Apple App Store 处理。付款在确认购买时从您的 Apple ID 账户中扣除。
- 您可以在使用同一 Apple ID 登录的任何设备上，通过应用内「恢复购买」选项恢复您的购买。
三、数据与隐私
您的数据存储在设备本地。我们不收集、传输或访问您的个人数据。详情请参阅我们的隐私政策。
四、知识产权
本应用（包括其设计、代码和内容）是开发者的财产。您不得复制、修改、分发或反向工程本应用。
五、免责声明
本应用按「现状」提供，不提供任何形式的明示或暗示保证。我们不对任何数据丢失负责。建议您定期备份设备。
六、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因您使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶然或后果性损害承担责任。
七、条款变更
我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的条款。

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。

By downloading or using ThreeDays ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of the App
ThreeDays is a personal task management application. You may use the App for lawful purposes to manage your daily tasks, create todo items, and organize your schedule.
2. In-App Purchases
- 3Days Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks premium features including additional themes, unlimited bundles, and expanded subtask capacity.
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- You may restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchase" option in the App.
3. Data and Privacy
Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data. We recommend keeping your device backed up regularly.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
