Q: 我的数据存储在哪里?

ThreeDays 的所有数据都存储在您的设备本地,不会上传到任何服务器。我们无法访问您的数据。

Q: 换手机后数据会丢失吗?

如果您使用 iCloud 备份恢复新手机,数据会跟随系统备份一起迁移。建议换机前确认 iCloud 备份已开启。

Q: 卸载 App 后数据还在吗?

卸载会永久删除所有数据。如果需要重新安装,建议先通过 iCloud 备份保留数据。

购买相关

Q: 3Days Pro 是订阅还是买断?

Pro 为一次性买断,不是订阅。购买后永久解锁全部高级功能(更多主题、无限清单模板、更多子任务)。

Q: 如何恢复购买?

点击右上角菜单进入设置 → 点击「3Days Pro」卡片 → 恢复购买。请确保使用购买时的同一 Apple ID 登录。此外,每次打开应用时也会自动尝试恢复购买。

Q: 如何申请退款?

所有支付由 Apple 处理。如需退款,请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com 联系 Apple 支持。

Q: 为什么任务会自动消失?

ThreeDays 的设计理念是让您专注于当下。超过三天未完成的任务会自动移入回收站,帮助您保持清单的清爽。您可以在设置 → 回收站中查看和恢复它们。回收站中的任务保留 7 天后将被永久删除。

Q: 如何使用桌面小组件?

长按 iPhone 主屏幕 → 点击左上角 "+" → 搜索 "ThreeDays" → 选择中号或大号尺寸 → 添加到主屏幕。小组件会实时显示您的待办事项。

Q: 如何设置每日提醒?

点击右上角菜单进入设置 → 每日摘要 → 开启提醒并选择提醒时间。应用会在每天指定时间发送本地通知,提醒您规划今天的任务。

Data & Privacy

Q: Where is my data stored?

All ThreeDays data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server. We have no access to your data.

Q: Will I lose my data when switching phones?

If you restore your new phone from an iCloud backup, your data will transfer along with the system backup. Make sure iCloud backup is enabled before switching devices.

Q: Will my data survive if I uninstall the app?

Uninstalling permanently deletes all data. If you plan to reinstall, make sure you have an iCloud backup first.

Purchases

Q: Is 3Days Pro a subscription or one-time purchase?

Pro is a one-time purchase (lifetime). Once purchased, all Pro features are permanently unlocked — including all themes, unlimited bundles, and extra subtasks.

Q: How do I restore my purchase?

Tap the menu icon in the top right to open Settings → tap the "3Days Pro" card → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. The app also attempts to restore purchases automatically each time it launches.

Q: How do I request a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Usage

Q: Why do tasks disappear automatically?

ThreeDays is designed to help you focus on what matters now. Tasks not completed within three days are automatically moved to the Trash, keeping your list fresh. You can view and restore them in Settings → Trash. Items in the Trash are permanently deleted after 7 days.

Q: How do I use the home screen widget?

Long-press your iPhone home screen → tap the "+" in the top left → search "ThreeDays" → choose Medium or Large size → add to home screen. The widget displays your current tasks in real time.

Q: How do I set up daily reminders?

Tap the menu icon in the top right to open Settings → Daily Summary → enable the reminder and choose your preferred time. The app will send a local notification every day to remind you to plan your tasks.
